I joined Molekule as the company was scaling from a single-product startup into a broader consumer technology brand. My initial focus was building a video advertising strategy that could improve creative performance, increase output, and reduce reliance on outside agencies.
Within my first three months, I brought creative advertising production in-house and helped save approximately $800K annually in agency fees while supporting high-ROAS paid media campaigns.
As Head of Video Production, I led creative development across product launches, paid social, broadcast, brand campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives. My role combined creative direction, production leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration with growth marketing, product, and brand teams.
